I want to load my code to Arduino microprocessor with my special interface. Is there any interface tool in Arduino. If there isnt, How can I make it with different platform ?

Have look at this demo which shows ho you can use the IDE from the command line.

If that is not the sort of thing you have in mind please give a better explanation.
