How can i use AT command on Genuino101?

Hi all,
I was make Data Base system that uses Arduino + ESP8266 .
I used AT command.
And now, I use Genuino.
But, Genuino was cannot use AT command language.
Just " AT " is Simple command at Serial Monitor.
Serial Monitor answer is "ok".
But, Genuino's Serial Monitor is nonresponse.
How can i use AT command on Genuino101?
or How can i use ESP8266 on Genuino to Another method?
