how can i use the another uart(not the usb) on the board or what is serial1?

Do you guys know what the serial1 in nano 33 ble sense stands for which pins?

And if I want to use the Rx/Tx pins on the board to be a uart ,what kind of library should I add and do you have some examples for it!
