Your router should support DDNS and port forwarding. Google : dyndns.org and port forwarding.

You better ask how to configure OpenWRT for port forwarding on an OpenWRT forum. There are several versions of OpenWRT and they are not identical in configuration issues, so ask the specialists there. They can also help you filtering out unwanted connections.
