how do I change the color of a Python/Tkinker button when it is commanded.

I need a bit of help please. Here is my program with 14 buttons. They are set up to latch and unlatch relays. The one of the left latches and the one on the right unlatches one of the seven relays. This works fine but I would like to have the button color change when the relay latches. How do I do that?!?
