How do i combine two Arduino sketches?

This is my chronometer sketch with 7 segment display and i want to use a button in it as switch(on/off)

It is working. It may not be producing the results that you want. But, since you haven't said what results it is producing or what results you want, all we can do is wish you luck.

You may need to add a delay after say(i) so that each digit stays on the display long enough for you to read it. Other than that, what's it doing/not doing that doesn't meet your expectations?

Allright i did something first i add delay(500) after say(i), changed digital outputs under cases low to h?gh and if(basla == true) to if(basla ==false)
its now starting in off mode when i press the button it starts countin but second push is still not working.it must be turn off by second push. 1 push will start countin in 0 and 1 push will turn off 7 segment display
