How do I make a console for flash games with Arduino?

Hello, I want to make a console that can open flash games with arduino

Fire and water
super mario flash
Like Tetris

I'm thinking of using an LCD or tft screen to display games, but I haven't seen any example of this project, so can you tell me how I can run a flash file with .swf extension on Arduino?

What makes you think that is possible ?

Because I saw that retro games and other games on the internet can be played with arduino and there are projects related to them, and I thought why not in flash games, so for example, if you can convert an audio file into arduino code with other programs and play it with Buzzer, why can't we run a flash file with a .swf extension, and most game consoles such as gameboy have a microcontroller inside.

What you want to do is not realistic for an arduino. The microprocessor in a gameboy has nothing in common with a control-oriented microcontroller such as in an arduino, other than they're both computers executing instructions. The similarity ends there: they are designed for different things altogether.

If you're interested in processing .swf files, raspberry pi would be a more suitable choice.

So how can I do this project for as little money as possible, what are the cards, codes or resources I need or the resources you can recommend to me?

Buy a cheap android phone and learn to program.

No, I mean, can you give me some information such as raspery pi 2w, esp32 vs tft or oled as a screen as a card?

What I need is to be able to do this project with as little budget as possible.

Get an old Thinkpad x61, install linux, install one of the numerous flash collections, enjoy.

Computers and cards are very expensive in the country where I live Even an old ThinkPad X61 sounds very expensive

Can you give me more low-budget card names or if there is a gerber file of a single-layer card that can do this project, can you throw it away, I can melt the card with acid myself and make it.

Everything in Turkey is so expensive that it is much cheaper to do.

RPi + keyboard + sd-card + mouse + PSU + display will definitly cost more than a X61. Even with LED mod display + ssd + shipping it'll cost less than €150.
