How do I use this Arduino code to control Dobot Magician

Hello,
Is there any explanation for the meaning behind the CPP files and H files for this code? Which file/lines of code would I have to modify to change Dobot's programmed movement? I don't have a lot of programming experience but I do understand ARDUINO a little bit.
