How do you increase the hertz on a bn-880 and how would I change the baud rate?

I want to increase the baud rate on the bn-880 and increase it to 5 locations per second. How can I do that with an arduino mega? I am using this code and get 1 location per second. Don't have much else to say just wanna know how.

How you set the update rate should be described in the data sheet for the GPS.

There will be a command to send to the GPS listed in there somewhere.
