I wanna go send signal from 34 km. altitude and I watch this data sheet of neo-m9n I don't know how it work can you give me an example ?
The document you posted says how it works. The UART settings to interface it from, for example, an Arduino, are in section 3.1.3

Works like most other GPSs will.
For projects do a Google search on;
'arduino high altitude balloon tracker'
For 34KM altitude you will need to put the GPS in 'Airborne' mode otherwise it will stop working at 12KM by default.
