How does the TLP 434 transmitter work with my arduino board

As written in the Laipac pdf. its says that we need a code input to the Digital data input of the TLP434. How do i do it with my Arduino Board, so that the TLP434 can work

Greetings,

First thing... according the pdf datasheet... do the circuit for it. Second, configure the arduino for use rs232 uart line, any of the available. That's it....
