How drive Ht1621B with arduino without module

This is my first time that I test Ht1621B IC with arduino and below phot is 16 digit lcd with Ht1621B IC.

Yeah.I wana test to drive above lcd with Ht1621IC without using Ht1621 lcd module.But I no understand after I read Ht1621IC data sheet.

I wrote a little library for my LCD. Maybe you can reuse the sendCommand() and sendData8() for your modules.
