How I want to fix Arduino Uno Problem

You need to do what it told you to.
It may also be worth dumping the APP STORE version in favour of the proper desktop IDE

Ugh, the missing compiler issue.

Does this only happen with the windows store app? It seems that the windows store app version is really flaky, i recommend never using it (or any other windows store app for that matter)
