How is the Temu store

Has anyone bought from the Temu store? How is the quality?

I can't comment on electrical / electronic goods, but I've bought some non-electronic bits and pieces from them recently for a papercraft hobby. The delivery timescales seem better than AliExpress and they are offering a small refund/credit if the goods don't arrive within a fixed period.

They are offering free shipping to encourage purchases - the countdown clock seem to reset each night!

I believe that they may have some promotion going here in the UK as they seem to offer discounts on the next order if placed within a couple of days (i.e. time limited).

I've used that to my advantage - i.e. placed a small order to get the discount - and then placed a bigger order to use the discount.

Thanks for your answer. I should have said that I am most interested in the eletronic parts and equipment, but your insights into shipping times and stuff is also valuable.

I'm going to place an order through Temu for some stackable headers etc just to add to my stash as I'll need them as I'm doing some retro tinkering with an 8085 based design and an M68K design that I thought I'd try and cram into a MEGA2560 footprint!

It looks interesting and appears to have a nice selection of parts several from the same vendor on aliexpress and ebay. This is what I got as a background check.

Temu is owned and operated by the Chinese-based and Cayman Islands registered company PDD Holdings , which also owns Pinduoduo, a popular online commerce platform in China. FYI Temu has removed any mention of PDD Holdings from its website and states that it is based in Boston.

A very nice feature is if you hover over a part you get a nice description at least when looking at Arduinos.

I bought some LiIon charger boards, and they seem to work.
They seem to sell the same stuff as Aliexpress, but as a sort of "concentrator", so you can order a variety of stuff from a single place.
