How many pins or balls does the STM32 chip have on the Giga R1 board?

It seems the STM32H747xI/G comes in a variety of packages and pin/ball count... including 240+25 as shown on page 60/251 of the chips data sheet here.

Does anybody know the package and pin count of the chip on the Giga R1 Wifi board?

Hi @fran_3. The full part number is "STM32H747XIH6" (this is stated in the GIGA R1 WiFi datasheet). I think that if you cross-reference that number against the "Ordering Information" on page 246 of the STM32H747xI/G datasheet you will have all the information you are looking for.
