How send signal from telephone to arduino?

Hi everyone. I need to send the signal from the telephone to arduino.Yeah i know i can find a lot of program on playstore but my program which is i want is different. For instance, when I press any button it'll send the signal which I set before from settings. Do you know like these programs or do you have like these apks?

by the way, I don't need electronic or programming support. Already i can create this connection with Hc-05. I need just apk or program. If you help me, i'll very glad
