How should I wire a POTENTIO on KiCad and which should I buy?

Absolutely not, it has to be a no name Mikrocontroller, I said it wrongly, sorry. But it must be compareable to a ATiny... so i am looking for a very very cheap Mikrocontroller which I can flash with Arduino IDE
