there is no budeget to mounting them on a board.. There is no difference whether mounting a ATTiny or a no-name chip.
Friends, I think you guys do not understand what I mean, again:
I only want to buy 300 or 400 microcontrollers, because I just want them at home. I love to programm them... I only want them as a depo at my home. There is no project yet, but I only want them at home. But I do not want buy expensive boards like arduino UNO..
Now you udnerstand what I am looking for ? Simply cheap microcontrollers from alibaba which I can flash with the arduino IDE.
by the way, I am a beginner. But I really love to play with electronics 
So please, recommend me a very very chip controller which is similar to ATTiny or ATMEGA.
