How should I wire a POTENTIO on KiCad and which should I buy?

dude, I will solder it... but I would have solder other boards too.

I am not looking for a fast way to solder parts. I am only looking for a very very cheap Microcontroller. Obiously, there are no Cheap China Chips. I surrender.
