How the BME688 data sends out of "Arduino nicle sense"?

I am spending some time to understand from which SPI port the temperature data of BME688 via BHI20AP (internal SPI M1SCX,M1SDX,M1SDI,CSI), but i cannot see how it sends data out of Arduino nicla sense, i.e. from which sp0,sp1,gpio etc.?
Do I need to activate any pins?
