It was about the fact that you seem to be starting with a very complicated project before you have learned to do the simple things. Start your learning with the examples that come with the Arduino IDE.

Do you want to teach or do you want to learn?
If you want to learn I suggest that you read and take careful note of all the things that have been said earlier in this Thread.
An Arduino is not a good choice for general web development. A Raspberry Pi or a cheap laptop would be much better.
If you really do think an Arduino is appropriate tell us what your project is intended to do.
