How to assign my VID and PID to my pro micro (ATmega32u4)?

I'm quite a newb, but slowly learning, however, I can't find any guides on assigning my acquired VID and PIDs to my arduinos that I plan on selling.

My VID and PID are legit, but I have actually zero idea how to get them onto the Arduino. Do I upload them with the sketch? Do I need an EEPROM loader?
