How to better arrange the components, Altium

I have simple LED driver project, and PCB draft created by Altium. The design provides for the use of a Arduino Nano and MAX9814 Microphone Amplifier Module. Mic module PCB dimensions: 26 x 14 x 11mm. Mic module will be connected to PCB via 5-pin Female Header socket (J2). Header socket height 8.5mm
There is an issue with MAX 9814 module placement: it is opposite the C1 cap (C1 height 11mm), and there is a possibility it will interfere with attaching the MAX9814 PCB. Can anyone advice on of how to better arrange the components?

Is there or isn't there?
If you don't know then how will you know how to move things so it doesn't interfere

This is still the design stage, I just see one proposed placement option.

I suggest you measure the MAX9814 PCB and see if you actually have a problem.

as I specified, the MAX9814PCB module size is 26 x 14 x 11mm

Just solder C1 on laying flat on the PCB

Hi,
What is stopping you from moving it towards the Nano?
There is a lot of space to move it.

Question, is the Nano going to plug into header sockets?
Or
Are you soldering the Nano into the PCB.

If soldering, make sure you have enough room to plug the USB programming cable in.

I would suggest you use header sockets.

Did you design the PCB?

Tom.. :+1: :coffee: :australia:

Nano going to plug into header sockets. Yes, I'm considering two options, either move the C1 capacitor, or solder it lying flat.
