I have seen this link

in this they say, to bootload arduino uno u need another arduino uno..how to do bootloading without having another one uno..please help me .thanks in advance

You have two options:- 1. Use another Arduino with the "ArduinoISP" sketch 2. Use an ISP programmer such as the USBASP, AVRISP mkII etc.

To Burning Bootloader with AVR ISP MKII, do i need atmel studio..is it possible to do this in arduino ide itself......can anyone please say

Yes, you can use the Arduino IDE. Open the IDE and take a look under “>Tools >Programmer” for a list of supported programmers.

Most of us use the USBASP programmer, because it costs virtually nothing on eBay.
(Mine was about AUD$2.)

Edit: First you select the programmer as mentioned above, then click on “>Sketch >Upload using programmer”.

Where would you get a new "Arduino UNO" without a bootloader?

I believe, OP took out the 328 in the UNO and trying to program another 328 via Uno board.

Bootloading can be done without using a separate Uno.

You can fix the 328 in a breadboard and use another UNO as ISP.

Or simple approach is using USBAsp

@oldSteve already mentioned the steps. Nothing much to add.

Good point, if he has two '328P chips, (one on his UNO board, and another is the target).

He didn't mention that it was a second '328P that he wanted to bootload. I assumed he'd screwed up the bootloader on the UNO itself.

If OP screwed up the 328 and only one board then USBAsp is the only option I guess.

I'm sure he'll enlighten us when he posts next. ;)

You can burn a bootloader with Arduino IDE. Take a look here: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoToBreadboard The description above an Arduino board is used as programer, but you can use the AVR ISP MKII instead. Choose your programmer in the Arduino-IDE menu "tools". Choose your µC - depends on your setup. See section "Burning the Bootloader" of the tutorial. Run: Tools - Burn Bootloader
