You need an "ISP" (in-system programmer) or another Arduino wired up to this board to act as an ISP. Start here: http://arduino.cc/en/Hacking/HomePage
Look at Bootloader and Programmer sections.

I haven't AVR ISP,USB tinyISP,ParallelProgrammer but I have Ardoino UNO. Can I make a bootcloner ?
Yes you can.
What you will do is load the Burn Bootloader program onto the Uno, connect the Uno to your board, and then let the Uno burn the bootloader.
