How to configure the ICM42605 for read accelerometer and gyro-meter data

Hello,
i am using ICM42605 with nrf52832 but i i am confused with ICM42605 initialization like write some registers and then reading a data from x,y,z axis registers. how to make sure that i am getting correct values of Accelerometer and gyro-meter. If anybody was working on this sensor please help me to get proper values and based on these values only i want to write a fall detection conditions.

Thanks for your reply. Actually i am using Nordic nrf52810. i thought u have tried with Arduino can you please tell me the values accelerometer and gyro-meter like is that in 0g of accelerometer and gyro is that in 90 degree ,60 degree.. etc or values in DPS.
