how to connect arduino mega 2560 to 32x16 dmd

i have connect following connection for arduino mega 2560 to 32x16 dmd display but it is not working ,i think it's a problem of OE pin . because when i touch to OE pin then got data on display.

dmd connector arduino mega 2560

pin 1 (OE) pin D9

pin 2 (A) pin D6

pin 4 (B) pin D7

pin 8 (CLK) pin D52

pin 10 (SCLK) pin D8

pin 12 (R) pin D51

pin 3,5,7,9,11,15(short & connect to gnd) Ground

is it correct. if any correction please tell.and give reply urgently.

If it really was urgent, you would have told us exactly which dmd you were using.

i have use 31x16 red p10 module.

Maybe you should have used the blue one.
