how to connect aurdino with heating sheet below mattress?

i wanted to connect aurdino with heated sheet so that my mattress get heated remotely when i switch on that sheet with remote. :)

Can anybody help me in this.

Use a relay With contacts rated for the voltage and current of your electric blanket.

Use a transistor and resistor to turn on the relay from the Arduino output.

SSR (solid state relay) is another possibility.

Yes I wouldn't use one of these for this application as an SSR relay never turns anything off, it only powers it down. So there will always be mains leakage current flowing somewhere. This can be a safety hazard when things like spills happen. I know they are double insulated but personally I would use a relay for added safety.

I guess if all you want to do is remotely turn ON/Off an electric blanket or heating pad I don't see any need for an Arduino or any uC. All you need is a remote relay card.

This is a 4 channel example with two remote transmitters: https://www.amazon.com/INSMA-Wireless-Channel-Receiver-Transmitter/dp/B01CCSG2ZY

You really only need a single channel: https://www.amazon.com/Channal-Wireless-Remote-Controll-Switch/dp/B012W0FUCI/ref=sr_1_10?dchild=1&keywords=remote+relay&qid=1601912199&refinements=p_89%3AGeneric&sr=8-10

Now if you want to remotely turn things On and Off remotely from long distances then I suggest "smart" systems.

Anyway, I see no need for an Arduino or anything similar.
