How to Connect BLE 2D Scanner to ESP32 via USB Dongle

Hi,
I have a 2d QR Code Scanner which works on BLE dongle (Model : TVS BS-i201s BT). Now I want to Collect the scanned data in ESP32 through USB Port. Can Someone help me to achieve this. I have ESP32, PL2303 - PL2303HX USB to TTL Serial UART Converter Module and a 2D Scanner.

I want to know the PIN Diagram and Library need to be used to get the Scanner data into ESP32.
