How to connect external power to the arduino uno

So I know this is a nooby question but how do I connect the 9v battery to the arduino?
I have an image but I don't know how to put it directly on the fourm so I uploaded it to photo-bucket.

The plastic bit of the power connector unscrews. In it you'll have two metal parts you solder the black and red wires to. The red one goes to the centre - that'll be the smaller of the two connectors.
