How to connect L298 to motors with arduino.

I was thinking to choose -9 of arduino to first En on 298 -10 to second En, 2 to ccw,-3 to cw,4 to second ccw and -5 to cw.
Just answer am i right or wrong?

This is not a right or wrong thing.... hook it up, write some code, try it and see what happens.
