How to connect the stepper motor stepper PM20S-020 to Adafruit?

I have Adafruit Motor / Stepper / Servo Shield, and would like to connect a stepper motor PM20S-020. What are the links I have to do and what voltage to use?

Can't seem to find data on the number of wires for that motor - appears to be 12V 0.24A unipolar. If its 8-wire you have a choice of series or parallel windings. If 6 wire just treat as a 4-wire bipolar, if 5 wires there's a potential problem.

The stepper motor has six wires, and works at 12V 0.24A unipolar.
Can you help me?
