The only thing that springs to mind is the "Spark Core" which is more or less an Arduino pro micro with a CC3000 WiFi module built in to the module.

You bind to it with your Wifi network and Andriod or Ios device (PC option) and then you can control through the cloud even when your out and about by the same device.
