I remember reading about something called a RedBack which seemed to be an Arduino clone with integral WiFi. I've never tried one and no idea on price / availability but perhaps worth a look. If you don't need an Arduino specifically then you might consider something like Electric Imp - I'm sure there are other alternatives around too.
