How to Connect two Arduino UNO'S using Two RS485 boards??? Please Help?

Hello,

I am trying to connect two Arduino UNO'S together using two RS485 boards. My goal is to have the Arduino Uno's communicate with each other. I need to know where and what pins to attach from the RS485's to the Arduino UNO's. Attached below is a link to the RS485 boards I am using. Please help!!!! Thanks!!!
