I'd like to measure moisture from wood. I have this "Moistec wood moisture meter" which has an 8 pin interface. It uses a small 12v battery. It's operation is easy a demo on youtube: Moistec Wood Moisture Meter Demonstration Video - YouTube
I'd like to read the setting from the meter to Arduino the 8 pin interface looks like a possibility but I could not find/google a datasheet on it. Any pointers or advice?
An inexpensive sensor module would suffice also. What id I get a soild moisture sensor and solder it to the pins in this Moistec (it's pins are sturdy enough for wood).
