How to control a 3V 80mA DC linear actuator using arduino

Hi, I recently bought a 3V 80mA DC linear actuator. http://www.seiko-clock.co.jp/product-business/linear-actuator/ (click English to read specification in English). I want to control this small linear actuator using arduino. What code should I use, and how can I control it using arduino alone or with least number of other electronic devices. Thank you

Most probably you'll need a H-bridge to supply the motor with +3V and -3V, for extend and retract operation. Eventually add a current limiter, to prevent damage to the motor when it reaches the inner and outer limits.
