How to control a pfet from 5 or 24 VDC

I have a Pmos from Toshiba as SSM3J332R.
The data sheet is attached.
I want to use it as in the attached picture.
When my VDD is 5VDC, i want to let the current to go through to my board.
When my VDD is 24VDC i want to block the transistor.
The other alternative is to open the fet like in picture 2 and blow the fuse if VDD is bigger then 5 VDC or reverse polarity.
I am new to fets and i need help.

Neither circuit will do this.
The second option will short out the power supply until the fuse blows. Normally a FET will blow before a fuse can melt.

Hi,
Why do not use a 5 V voltage regulator? Then you do not care if the input voltage it is changing.
