How to control this LED Driver?

Hi, I bought one of these off of ebay and I have no idea how to control it:

I can't actually find the specific name of it other than arduino LED driver. On the ebay listing it says it is compatible with the FastLED library but i'm not sure which example to use as reference since they are all for addressable LED strips and i'm using a stand RGB+ type strip.

Any help or guidance welcome.

The chip on it is equivalent (more or less) to one smart led.

Check this it is for the same chip, i.e. the code will most likely work for your circuit:
