How to convert encoder motor PPR to angle?

I am using CHF-GM12-N20 DC 6.0V 1:380 encoder motor. It's PPR is 7 so how to get angle from this ?

Firstly note that the 1:380 ratio is probably not exact - for the exact ratio you may need to count the teeth
of all the gears, or do some measurements.

But assuming a 1:380 ratio and 7 pulse-per-revolution, thats 7380 pulses per output shaft revolution,
so 7380/360 pulses per output degree.

7 pulses with a quadrature encoder means 28 transitions, so 28*380/360 transitions per output degree.
