How to convert sensor reading to voice output??

I want to know how to get reading from a sensor, the reading is then taken as voice output.
I was trying it with talkie.h but I wasn't able to include in my code. I am currently using Arduino 1.8.4. Can You please provide a zip file for talkie.h

Please do help I am in desperate need of a solution.

You must download and install the library for talkie which is more than just a header (.h) file.

Download the entire library as a zip from github using the green "clone or download" button on the right side of this page:
