How to create database to take data from flex sensor

I have a question about how to take data from flex sensor

I am confuse about how to create a database about that. I want to make a glove that can convert sign language to alphabet, and then the output is audio.

does anyone want to give me some help or references, please?

Arduinos don't have the memory for a data base, nor the ability to play audio by themselves.

Consider using an Arduino board to read the flex sensors in your glove, then a Pi or so to deal with the interpretation of that data.
