Welcome to the forum.
Please read the first post in any forum entitled how to use this forum.
http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php/topic,148850.0.html then look down to item #7 about how to post your code.
It will be formatted in a scrolling window that makes it easier to read.
This page has a list of lcd functions.
These ones might be important to you.
lcd.clear(); // clears the LCD
lcd.setCursor(0, 0); // first position, first line
lcd.setCursor(0, 1); // first position, second line
Lines like "Current is:" can be printed in void setup()
Then the actual current value can be printed to a certain position, like this.
lcd.setCursor(6, 1); // seventh position, second line
lcd.print(current, 1); // print with one decimal place
Start with a simple delay between prints.
Then upgrade to a non-blocking delay as explained in the BlinkWithoutDelay sketch that comes with the IDE.
