How to dim background LEDs on 3,5" TFT display with touch panel

Hello guys,

I bought 3,5" TFT display from ebay. I'm using mcufriend library with arduinoMega.

It is possible turn on/off display or set brightness ? I can't find more info about that display.
And if I print something on display, background blinks. Know someone where there may be a problem ?
