I read the title of the thread and thought that is kinda what the OP wanted... though it seems he wants to read something exactly every millisecond, not print it.
Print it or do something else we don't know what level of accuracy he is aiming for.
The specification has alreadt changed from 400 readings to to 200 readings so all bets are off.
