how to get the Arduino to wait 10 seconds after power up before illuminate LED

hi all

I have made quite a few projects mainly Radio Transmitters and usually by editing previously created sketches.
But I now find myself needing a simple sketch to delay a single digital out put to go HIGH to light an LED after 10 seconds from Arduino power up. I have tried editing " BLINK" and "BLINK With out Delay" but to no avail
Any clues please

Works perfectly once added the delay and allowing for boot up time
