HOW to get the MAC address and IP address from Ethernet Shield

:blush: I bought an Ethernet Shield to use with Arduino. But no sticker is attached to the shield.
My Question is How can I know the MAC address and its IP address?

If it doesn't have a sticker, then you have to assign the mac address yourself. The IP address can be manually assigned, or obtained by DHCP if the library/sketch you are using supports it.
