Hello! I am using Arduino to generate the two non overlapping pulses of 50% duty cycle but with Arduino I am getting 5V output voltage for my ON state. I want 1V amplitude for ON state (High Voltage). How can I do that ? Arduino Programming for my circuit is below. Screenshot (159)|690x387

I am sending the two non overlapping clock signals of 50% duty cycle to my 4 stage charge pump.
