How to get voltage from INA219 I2C

It was hung because INA219 was broken.

However, the correct shunt voltage can be obtained with the replaced INA219, but the voltage cannot be obtained.

Please watch the video at the attached URL.
When the battery you want to measure is not connected to Vin, the voltage shows 1.07 to 1.08 and the shunt voltage shows a negative value.

After that, when connected to Vin, there is no change in the voltage, and the shunt voltage can be measured.
The resistance is 330Ω, and the voltage of the battery you want to measure is about 12.4V.
Since the shunt voltage is 3.72mV, the current value is almost the theoretical value at 37.2mA, which seems to indicate an accurate value.

Why can't I get the voltage?

The video doesn't show the important information:

  • Post your complete code (use code tags!)
  • Post a wiring diagram of your setup (may be hand drawn)
Mark the points where you measure your voltages (if not obvious by reading the code or the wiring)

If the shunt resistor is 330Ω (which is a much too high value) how do you get 37.2mA at 3.72mV? My calculator says 11.3µA.
