I used lot of Arduino UNO, some one takes such long time without upload success, say few minutes, only occasionally upload success. is this mean that one broken ?
some one UNO made my laptop Win7 fall in daze, I mean can't any thing as long as the UNO plugged in.
any way to identify an Arduino UNO good or bad?

Check that You use a version of Arduino IDE that works for Win7.
I use Win10, maybe used Win 7 years ago, but never experienced things like You do.
Checking/changing the USB cable would be the first I would try.
Just curious.
Are these UNOs genuine or counterfeits?
What kinda things have you hooked up whilst working with the boards that aren't so much fun anymore?
